What's Included
A Few Questions You May Have!
Each month, you'll receive an unfinished laser-cut wood project kit designed for you to paint and personalize.
Paint, brushes, glue, and other basic crafting supplies are NOT included, so you can use your favorite products. From time to time, we'll also include special embellishments to complete your project.
Absolutely!
Every project is designed for crafters of all skill levels. We'll walk you through each project step by step during a live Virtual Craft Night, and you'll have access to the replay so you can craft along whenever it's convenient for you.
We share sneak peeks of upcoming boxes, but part of the fun is that each month's project is a surprise!
Occasionally, we'll reveal the upcoming project when there's important information you'll need to know so you can prepare your supplies or plan ahead.
Your first box depends on when you subscribe.
Boxes are shipped during the first week of each month. For the most accurate information, please see our complete Billing & Shipping Schedule for specific subscription and shipping dates.

Your first payment is processed immediately when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month.
If you subscribe AFTER the cutoff date, your first payment will apply to the corresponding upcoming box within that month's billing & shipping timeline.
Here's an example:
Subscribe on September 10 → Charged at checkout → Receive the October Box
October 1 → Automatically charged for your November Box
November 1 → Automatically charged for your December Box
If you subscribe after the 15th:
Subscribe on September 20 → Charged at checkout → Receive the November Box
November 1 → Automatically charged for your December Box
December 1 → Automatically charged for your January Box
(you will not be billed again on October 1 because your initial payment covers the November Box timeline)
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us.
To avoid being charged for the following month's box, please contact us by the 15th.
You'll need your own paint, brushes, glue, and other basic crafting supplies. These are not included in your box, allowing you to personalize each project with your favorite colors and products.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we DO NOT OFFER refunds, credits, or exchanges for subscription boxes.
Any outstanding boxes that are already due to you will still be HONORED and SHIPPED. We also cannot cancel or refund a shipment once it has been processed.
Don't love a project? Consider gifting your box to a friend or family member! While we don't offer a resale program, your box can always become a thoughtful gift. 🎁
If your project arrives with a missing piece, please contact us and we'll gladly send a replacement at no charge.
If your box arrives damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and its contents to support your claim.
