We want your experience at The Painted Purple Turtle to be easy, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.
The guidelines below help us prepare your projects, keep our workshops running smoothly, and create the best possible experience for everyone.

🎟️ Tickets

Each ticket reserves one seat in your selected workshop and includes all materials needed for your chosen project, along with step-by-step guidance during the session.

Our workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly and relaxed, so you can simply show up, unwind, and enjoy the creative process.

Please note that all ticket purchases secure your spot for a specific date and time.

👥 Guest Policy

Each ticket admits one guest and includes one project. For the best experience, every attendee must have their own reserved seat.

If you’re attending with friends or a group, we recommend booking together or listing names during registration so we can seat you accordingly.

To maintain a comfortable and organized environment, workshops (including private parties) are reserved for registered guests only, unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are non-transferable, and we strongly recommend booking directly through our website to ensure your reservation is valid.

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

While tickets are non-refundable, you may request a studio credit if you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop.

To qualify for a credit:

• Please email Support@thepaintedpurpleturtle.com
   at least 48 hours in advance
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible

Studio credits:

• Are valid for 6 months from the original event date
• Can be used toward any future workshop or shop items
• Must be used within the validity period and cannot be extended

💡 Additional Notes

• Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience. Doors open 10 minutes prior to class.
• Project preparation begins before your scheduled workshop, which is why advance notice is required for any changes
• We reserve the right to make adjustments to workshops if needed to ensure the best experience for all guests
